Healing the femenine and old wounds with Belly Dance
Recently gynecologists recommend belly dancing, as the smooth hip movements helps uterus blood irrigation and supports a general wellbeing.
From granddaughters to grandmothers they have come to my classes seeking to reconnect with their femininity,
and I love being part of that transition towards more confident women,
happy with their body and empowered.
Arabic dances are a therapeutic dance that connects us with our ancestors.

Could be Prenatal (2nd trimester) & Postnatal (6 weeks after birth).
I started taking bellydance lessons in 1999 in Argentina with Amira Amir and bellydance Superstar Saida.
I felt in love with it!
Deepened my studies in arabic rythms with Mario Kirlis & Daniel Shadrawy. Also participated in international seminars of Hayat el Helwa (Brazil), Amir Thaleb (Argentina), Samara Hayat (Spain) y Ahmed Luleci (Turkey).
Started teaching bellydance lessons in 2002 in Buenos Aires and in Perú in 2005.
Established Shams Center in Lima-Perú, where developed a complete program for bellydance, for dancers who want to study folk and the whole variety of oriental dance, until 2020.
Traveled to Egypt to learn in Nile Group and Ahlan Wa Sahlan festival with 13 well known professors such as Dariya Mitskevic, Raqia Hassan, Farida Fahmy, Aida Nour, Tito Seif, Tomy King y Hatem Hamdy, among others.
