Mindfulness for Stress Relief Course

The Mindfulness course trains the person in the art of embracing feeling of stress, and does it so that in the face of life’s storms, instead of getting angry or fighting, on the contrary,  teaches to live and grow in a world of change and, sometimes, great loss.

Without a doubt, it is a practice that teaches us to observe both ourselves and the world itself.

It is about learning to work with our bodies, ideas, sensations and perceptions, learning to gain perspective to have a new understanding of life events and our own involvement in them.
